The following details apply to persons who have registered online​​.

Registrant will receive an invoice with account details to confirm registration.​ In the event that invoice is not received within 24 hours, kindly contact Aku on +233 (0) 546 932 423 / +233 (0) 302 509 529 or via email: info@ghanagasforum.com.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

OPTION 1: ONLINE 

Payment can be done via UBA Instant Bills Pay with Visa / MasterCard. Follow the procedure below to make payment online

 

A.        FOR NEW USERS (GGF registrants who do not have an UBA Instant Bills Pay account)

 

  • Select "Register"

 

  • Fill out registration form and click on "Register"

  • Check your email inbox for verification link and follow the link to verify your account (if you do not find the link in your primary inbox, check your spam)

  • Log into your account with your  "Email"  and "Password" (the Ghana Gas Forum logo would display)

  • Key in your “Email Address” and the “Amount” (stated in the invoice) and click on “Preview”

  • Select “Visa Card / Master Card” and click on “Pay Now”

  • Enter your card details (Card number, expiry date and CVV) and “Pay”

 

 ​B.        FOR REGISTERED USERS (GGF registrants who already have an UBA Instant Bills Pay account)

  • Log into your account with your  "Email"  and "Password"

  • Search “The Gas Consortium” using the “Search Billers” menu item. (Click on the Ghana Gas Forum logo that displays)

  • Key in your account “Email Address” and “Amount” (stated in the invoice) and click on “Preview”

  • Select “Visa Card / Master Card” and click on “Pay Now”

  • Enter your card details (Card number, expiry date and CVV) and “Pay”

 

OPTION 2:  CASH

Payments in cash can be done in the following ways:


a. At The Gas Consortium office located in East Legon Hills.


b. Deposit at any United Bank of Africa (UBA) Branch (account details are found on the invoice which is received after submission of registrant information).
 

OPTION 3: CHEQUE

Please make cheques payable to The Gas Consortium not later than Thursday, 14th November 2019.

 

Cheque payments can be made either at The Gas Consortium office or any UBA Branch. In the event that cheques are lodged at the bank, kindly send a scanned copy of the pay-in slip to info@ghanagasforum.com or via WhatsApp to +233 (0) 206 649 887. 

OPTION 4: ELECTRONIC TRANSFER​


We accept payment via electronic transfers. Electronic transfer payments should be received by Wednesday 13th November, 2019. Bank account details are found on the invoice issued out to registrants. Please note that funds must be received in full, free from issuing and receiving bank charges.

Cancellation Policy​

 

  1. ​For cancellations received in writing not less than 15 days prior to the date of event, you will receive 75% of the amount paid.​

  2. For cancellations received in writing 8-15 days to the date of the event, you will receive 50% of the amount paid.

  3. For cancellations received in writing no more than 7 days to the date of the event, no refund will be applicable.

  4. In the event that the programme is cancelled by Organisers, a 100% refund will be made to the participant.

  5. In the event of postponement of the program and the participant is unwilling or unable to attend the program on the rescheduled date, the participant shall be entitled to a 100% refund.​

  6. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@ghanagasforum.com in order to receive reimbursement. Please include your bank details for swift repayment.
